At eLearn IT Institute, we prioritize providing the best learning experience for all our students. Whether you're enrolled in an online live course, purchased recorded lessons, or participating in offline classroom sessions, we aim to ensure complete transparency and fairness in our refund and cancellation policies. These terms are designed to protect both our students and the institute while maintaining the high-quality services we offer.

Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully, as it explains the rules and procedures that apply to each type of course we provide.

1. Online Live Courses

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must submit a cancellation request at least 7 days before the start date. Upon approval, you will receive a 100% refund, minus any bank or transaction processing fees.

If you cancel between 1 and 6 days before the course begins, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total course fee. The other 50% is retained to cover the instructor's preparation, materials, and administrative expenses.

Once a course begins, no refunds are granted, regardless of attendance or participation. However, if there are technical issues or you're unable to attend due to personal reasons, please contact our support team to discuss options, such as attending makeup classes (if available).

In the event that you are unable to attend a live session for valid reasons (medical emergency, unexpected travel, etc.), we may allow you to transfer your enrollment to the next available batch of the same course. Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class. Transfer approvals depend on availability and are at the sole discretion of the institute.

2. Recorded Courses (Website-based)

Our pre-recorded courses are available for purchase directly from our website via third-party payment gateways, including SSLCommerce. These courses can be accessed immediately after payment is successfully completed, with options for download or streaming, depending on the course format.

Due to the nature of pre-recorded digital content, once a course has been purchased and access is provided, no refunds are granted. Students are advised to carefully review course descriptions, previews, and curriculum before making a purchase. This non-refundable policy ensures that digital content is consumed responsibly and prevents any unauthorized sharing or misuse.

Should you encounter technical issues while accessing or downloading your course materials, you may contact our support team within 24 hours of the purchase. If the issue is verified as a technical fault from our side, we will assist you in resolving it or offer an alternative access method.

3. Offline Classroom Courses

Offline classroom courses are conducted in person at the eLearn IT Institute office. Students are required to visit our office to complete the enrollment process. Course fees are paid via cash or mobile banking, and an official receipt is issued at the time of payment.

If you cancel your enrollment 5 days before the course begins, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the course fee. Any administrative charges or transaction fees will be deducted from the total.

For cancellations made between 1 to 5 days before the course starts, a 40% refund will be issued. The remaining 60% will be retained to cover administrative and preparatory costs, including venue and materials.

No refunds will be granted once the course has started, even if you are unable to attend. However, in the case of severe illness or emergency, students may apply for deferment to a later batch. These requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the final decision at the discretion of eLearn IT Institute.

4. General Refund Guidelines

All refunds, once approved, will be processed within 10 to 15 business days from the date of confirmation. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used during the original transaction. For instance, if you paid through bKash, the refund will be issued to your bKash account.

Please note that all refunds are subject to deductions for any transaction fees, administrative costs, or banking charges that were incurred during the payment process. These fees will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events, eLearn IT Institute reserves the right to offer refunds or deferments on a case-by-case basis. We will review these requests and inform students of the final decision.

5. Course Cancellations by eLearn IT Institute

In rare circumstances, eLearn IT Institute may need to cancel a course due to reasons beyond our control, such as low enrollment, unforeseen instructor unavailability, or administrative issues. In these cases:

1.1 Enrollment and Fee Payment Process:
          • Students enrolling in live courses are required to complete the online Google form and pay the course fee through mobile                           banking platforms such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.
          • After successful payment, students receive a digital confirmation and receipt via their email, and the course access is provided              on the scheduled start date.

1.2 Cancellation Policy:
          • Cancellations Prior to Course Start (7 Days Before Start Date):
