Batch Shift & Migration Policy

This policy outlines the structured framework for batch migration requests within the EDM Program. It aims to ensure fairness, maintain academic consistency, and protect the integrity of both student learning and institutional resources.

Batch Shift Fee Structure

A progressive fee model applies for students requesting to shift from their current batch to any newer upcoming batch.

Note: The batch shift fee increases by BDT 1,500 per lower batch position compared to the target batch.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The student must have cleared 100% of their original course fee before requesting a batch shift.

Time Limitation

Students must apply within 30 days of the new batch’s starting date.

Seat Availability

Batch shift is subject to availability in the target batch.

Non-Refundable

The batch shift fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Single Migration Only

Students may shift only once to a new batch. Further requests will not be entertained.

ID Transition

Upon approval, students will receive a new student ID and be onboarded under the new batch’s class links, resources, and support system. Previous batch access will be revoked.

Official Procedure Required

Requests made via informal channels (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.) will not be accepted. Students must submit via the official Migration Form or Email.

Process Flow

Student submits a formal batch shift request via the provided Google Form or Official Email.
Admin reviews the application and verifies fee completion.
The student pays the applicable Batch Shift Fee via the approved payment channel.
Upon confirmation, the student is added to the new batch and provided with relevant onboarding details.
