This Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Policy has been created to ensure that all students adhere to the highest ethical standards, maintain respect for peers, trainers, and the institution, and contribute to a positive learning experience.

By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to abide by this policy and accept the disciplinary measures outlined herein in the event of non-compliance.

Disciplinary Actions

Violations of the Code of Conduct will be addressed promptly and fairly. Disciplinary actions may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Verbal Warning

A verbal or written warning will be issued for minor infractions.

Temporary Suspension

In cases of repeated offenses or more severe misconduct, the student may be temporarily suspended from classes and institute platforms.

Termination of Enrollment

For egregious violations (e.g., harassment, defamation, cheating), the student's enrollment may be terminated without a refund.

Legal Action

The Institute reserves the right to pursue legal action for activities that constitute violations of local or international laws.

Reporting Violations

Students are encouraged to report any violations of this policy. Reports can be made to the institute's support team or directly to the administrative team. Complaints will be handled with confidentiality and fairness.

Appeals Process

Students who face disciplinary actions have the right to appeal. Appeals must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the disciplinary notice. The appeal will be reviewed by the administrative team, and a final decision will be communicated within 14 days.
